I honestly love this banana bread, what I would suggest is to use some nice over-ripe bananas and some really good quality chocolate! I used Hotel Chocolat in mine and it was just delightful!
Also, this recipe makes for a great freezable dessert, simply slice, wrap up and pop in the freezer, take it out to defrost.
I love to pair my banana bread with either chocolate ice-cream, greek yoghurt or spread some jam onto it.
This is quick to make and prevents wasting some old bananas, in fact, the older the better for this one 🙂
You can also customise it however you like! Swap chocolate for nuts and fruit, make it plain etc, go nuts!
